This rather splendid 12 bedroom home comes complete with nearly 40 acres of land, tennis court, menage and 3 cottages. I spent a whole day here and could have spent longer, its a lovely home foremost but when you need to pull out all the stops to impress 50 guests for dinner you can do so without resorting to a marquee – whether you can get rid of them at the end of the night is a different matter… £6.5m here on Rightmove
